CBUSC Registration Subsidy Application
Each year the Board of Directors from the Corner Brook United Soccer Club (CBUSC) designates a specific amount of financial support to the Subsidy fund to assist families who have experienced financial burdens and hardships in an effort to allow children to participate in soccer programs at CBUSC. The level of funding granted will depend on several circumstances, primarily the family's income. This application is for a one season subsidy only.
Deadlines for applications:
Winter Session: January 10 of current year.
Summer Session: May 10 of current year.
Fall Session: September 10 of current year.
Application being submitted to the President, CBUMSC.
